Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required for all orders. Changes to orders or preferences must be made at least 3 days prior to delivery. Personalised text will be created exactly as provided, and Cromble’b is not responsible for customer errors (e.g. spelling or address details).

Pre-order

Orders are open from Saturday to Tuesday each week, with orders closing every Tuesday. We always encourage ordering in advance, even weeks ahead if possible.

    Refunds & Cancellations

    Food items are non-refundable once an order has been placed, except where required by law. Flower orders may be cancelled for a refund if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to delivery or collection. Cancellations of bouquets made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

    If Cromble’b must cancel an order, a full refund or credit will be provided.

    Cookies

    Cookies are available as a 6-pack when purchased individually. Package pairings include a 4-pack of cookies.

    Delivery

    Delivery times are preferred but not guaranteed. Responsibility transfers once the order has been delivered or collected. 

    Pick-ups and deliveries are available from Thursday to Sunday. 

    Delivery is free if the address is within a 5km radius of Sunshine North. 

    A $10 fee for 5-10km from Sunshine North.

    Please note that all Sunday deliveries incur an additional $20 delivery fee.

    Flowers

    Each bouquet is thoughtfully curated using seasonal blooms. While designs are followed closely, flower substitutions may occur due to availability. The overall colour palette and style will always be maintained.

    Product Information & Care

    All items are handcrafted with care and may have slight variations from images. Due to their fresh nature, products have a limited shelf life and should be stored as advised.

    Allergens

    Products may contain or come into contact with gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

    Privacy

    Customer details are used solely for order fulfilment purposes.
